Prior to establishing The Human Resource of the Triad in 2004, Lisa Rouchard worked for 18 years in the Staffing Industry in a variety of roles from Outside Sales, Temporary Placement, Onsite Vendor, and Trainer to Direct Hire Manager. Each of these positions gave her the opportunity to experience the Employment industry thoroughly and in depth, allowing her to better service her clients as a Recruitment Specialist. Austin, her son, joined the company in 2011 and together they work on each placement with the utmost dedication and professionalism. Through the years they have created a family owned Boutique firm with a specialty niche in the Legal Placement area as well as Accounting and Human Resources. In addition, they have worked on searches in a multitude of other areas as noted in the Areas of Focus section. As a locally owned and operated business THR is committed to maintaining a positive, career focused reputation and contribute to the success of your organization.

Austin started with THR in 2011 and is an integral part of the companies success. He is involved both in the back office accounting functions ( a/p, a/r ,payroll,etc) , as well as day to day placement support. Austins top priority is to ensure a positive, professional experience for both the client and the candidate when partnering with The Human Resource on each job search. His resourceful IT skills and ability are an added plus when it comes to candidate search selection and networking in the community.
