Client Services Representative

Excellent career opportunity with this well established Greensboro based Wealth Management Company with offices in multiple cities in NC.  Ideal candidate will be career oriented and have a passion for serving clients, have strong verbal and written communications skills, be detail and process oriented and have the ability to use new technology.  This position involves daily administrative tasks, new account set up, transaction authorization and review, tax reporting, transfers, and file management.  Professional interaction with clients, including responding to client requests involving initiating cash transfers, changing statement frequency, and providing year to date tax information.  Work closely with Wealth Management advisors as well as team members, and have the ability to carry out tasks independently.  Seeking individuals with integrity, with a cooperative nature and the ability to demonstrate pride in their work performance and accomplish responsibilities in an efficient, timely manner.  MSW, Excel and Outlook skills required as well as 3 to 5 years work experience in a professional service oriented environment.  Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and previous experience in Banking or Wealth Mgmt Support.  Competitive salary range and Full Benefits offered!
