This position involves daily administrative tasks, new account set up, transaction authorization and review, tax reporting, transfers, and file management. Professional interaction with clients, including responding to client requests involving initiating cash transfers, changing statement frequency, and providing year to date tax information. Work closely with Wealth Management advisors as well as team members, and have the ability to carry out tasks independently. Seeking individuals with integrity, with a cooperative nature and the ability to demonstrate pride in their work performance and accomplish responsibilities in an efficient, timely manner. MSW, Excel and Outlook skills required as well as 3 to 5 years work experience in a professional service oriented environment.
